As someone recovering from perfectionism, burnout, and now advocating for rest, this journey is still ongoing for me (I'm always learning, relearning, experimenting... and sometimes tossing everything out the window, reading a book, and eating a packet of Mint Slices in one go... sigh). But I enjoy the process, and that’s what matters, right? To feel, to seek, and to have fun along the way.

I create warm, judgment-free spaces for women to connect with their bodies, rediscover their intuition, and feel supported in stillness.

Whether it’s an online workshop, a simple moment of guided breath, or more tangible offerings like my book, card decks, and journals, I am here to remind you that you deserve nourishment: inside and out.

When I’m not coaxing women to slow down and take a break, I’m out dancing (West Coast Swing is my ‘thing’), lifting weights, reading (I’m a sucker for paranormal romance!), grooving to whatever’s playing (sometimes in the supermarket aisle), trying not to kill my indoor plants or my garden, or bouncing between my nearly 90-year-old parents, my kids, and our cat, Tia.
